How We Fulfill Orders All products sold at Dogs Are Grateful Too are sourced from and fulfilled directly by our supplier partners through Shopify Collective. Orders are shipped by the individual supplier, not from a central Dogs Are Grateful Too warehouse.

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped by our supplier partners. Processing times vary by supplier and product. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship throughout the contiguous United States. Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed, as they depend on the fulfilling supplier and the carrier.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. International shipments are sent via USPS or DHL Express.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are outside our control.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking availability may vary by supplier and carrier.
