Thank you for shopping at Dogs Are Grateful Too. Because our products are sourced from and fulfilled directly by our supplier partners through Shopify Collective, return and refund eligibility is subject to each supplier's individual policies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at wilbur.bryant@hotmail.com within a reasonable time of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will work with the relevant supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind Returns Because products ship directly from our supplier partners, we are unable to universally guarantee change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before returning any item so we can confirm eligibility with the fulfilling supplier.
